I finished my book and am currently looking for a literary agent who accepts fantasy/adventure novels and who is not closed for submissions.
If there are any agents searching twitter, please reach out! I promise I'd be a good client!
@jacbynon hey just finished listening to the Clown and Candyman podcast and I loved it! Have you heard of the case of Johnny Gosch? Kidnapped as a kid in early 80s, this one detail is very interesting after hearing your podcast
Keep dieting and exercising and not seeing much improvement. Starting to think I'm in a reverse Dorian Gray situation where somewhere there's a portrait of me that keeps getting hotter and I stay the same.
Alright so in the past I've watched all the best picture noms and done short reviews on here and I might do that again. I've seen 3 so far so I'll post those now
Promising Young Woman - looks slick, sounds good, but a very dark and dismal outlook on the world and gender. The writing feels off? The ending could've saved it but it doesn't commit either way. 5/10
The Father - Great performances. Heartbreaking and kind of scary look at dementia. It's told in a nonlinear and confusing way that really makes the dementia feel real. I had a problem with the 3rd act as it feels like it doesn't build to anything. 8/10
Just sliced my finger nearly to the bone while trying to open a bag of raw unsalted almonds with a knife. Something that has never happened to me while eating chips.
