@Bonesteelvt We have been hiring subs that rotate through the day. 2 guest teachers can rotate through 6 classrooms to create pairs of grade level teachers working together. (When we had enough subs). We do also pay paras more to sub for a teacher for a few hrs (when we had enough paras). 1/2
