@joboaler @sianbeilock I am considering ways to address this through PL sessions which ask all teachers to engage in robust conversation about how they teach a particular concept. For example how are you going to teach the concept around Cartesian plane? The conversation starts simply with what is CP?

@emma_c_williams It should be mandated that ALL educators are required to have spent a minimum.of a week a year back in front of the students/class. Essential professional development to assist in understanding the issues facing teachers at the coal face on a daily basis.
