Great to have the opportunity to share young people’s campaigns developed by @TFCPlymouth on this platform. Thanks @FirstLightSW for asking us to be involved.

Today I was privileged to introduce @TheFlyingChild as our keynote speaker at the @NSPCC development day for our department. Sophie gave such a powerful, insightful & hopeful talk into how & why lived & living experience must inform development, delivery & decision making
We want to find solutions to the crisis in special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) provision.

Cheers to the Trauma Informed Plymouth Network for having me as your Chair of https://t.co/xzvABaiHz2 I step down I reflect on an amazing team of volunteers who I know will continue to progress work I helped to start.I’m not far away, but other personal priorities need me now❤️
So proud to be leading Plymouth into its fourth #StopItNow campaign, this time running with paid for marketing until the end of March 25. Together we can prevent child sexual abuse before it happens #Partnership#Prevention#EndVAWC
Our journey started 13 months ago & has broken us all. We know we have to prioritise happiness but the narrative the other way is so powerful around education. @75ThunderRoad thank you for giving us hope
On #worldmentalhealthday🧵
It's been two years since anxiety began to consume my daughter, when she was at the start of Year 7.
It's a year since she stepped back into her first lesson.
Now in Year 9, she has attended 20 out of 25 lessons every week, for the past month.

So pleased you are able to support our continuous learning to keep developing our city to be more trauma informed. My personal connection with @TheFlyingChild has helped develop the work at @TFCPlymouth & fuelled focus on prevention. Can’t wait 😝
I try to be trauma informed whilst believing no behaviour should be excused. I cannot comprehend the right wing ‘demonstrations’ from people who must be disenfranchised bc of awful previous gov’t rhetoric. Where is the accountability for stirring hate? #BeBetter
It’s a pleasure and privilege to support the leadership of this programme of work. Partnership and collaboration are key and fortunately for me these are my favourite things!!
I was privileged to speak at the @CFPlym event today about the Network & growth from 5 to 1000+ members; we are a ground up movement, learning, being curious & courageous - reconnect with us & shape the next chapter
Just a reminder that we are holding another ‘Reconnect and Branching Out’ meeting tomorrow afternoon (17th July) at 2pm.
Members have been sent links via email 🥰
Hope to see all who can make it there!
Super proud of the team for staying true to community development approach, partnership work and relational practice - facilitating community led activity in a place with no set expectations results in community led change @NSPCC@Trev2909@hayes_tracy
