Got to love it when u chase up a company to be told be patient !!! BE PATIENT @virginmedia I signed up 6th May after 4 failed dates now told 26th Aug !! Be patient oh I think 3 months is more than patient !!!
@virginmedia what a nightmare ! 3 missed installation dates spoke to numerous people and no answers no communication even just told leave it with me & that’s all I get !! Wouldn’t recommend at all
@virginmedia sign up for broadband tv sim etc May 6th have had nothing but issues failed installation dates and now told new date is 26th Aug !!! I’m sorry May -Aug how is that acceptable !!! Quick enough taking my bank Info but not quick to get anything done !!! 🤬
@_DPD_DeliveryUK waited in for delivery then get a message to say I wasn’t in ! Thing is my videos don’t show your driver coming into the property and his photo is of my drive no one rang the door bell no video proof of this at all !Awful service and poor customer services
@virginmedia 2nd insulation date that’s not going to happen due to @virginmedia !!! Oh dates that I’ve been told have not been booked!!! Sort it out 💩!!!
@virginmedia is there a email for complaints been needed around so many times different dates given dates and times cancelled to be rearranged to the same date and time told so many diffrent things and not even had your services installed ! Questioning my choice to come to you !
