I was expecting plumbers today to unblock drain to be able to use the toilet (blocked) only to receive a text message to say need to wait another 10 days. Not good enough especially when it’s affecting my health. Greenwich Council

@Royal_Greenwich day 11 still blocked drain can’t use toilet, they don’t call you back when they say they will, over 30 min wait when calling

@asda just been refused a refund of £9.50 for some lamb that the driver took back as it was a substitution and not what I wanted. I have at least 2 sometimes 3 deliveries a week. In my book this is theft.
