In their response to David Gingras' petition for special action to the Arizona Supreme Court, the @AZStateBar clearly outlined the professional and ethical conduct rules that lawyers must follow upon taking the oath of admission to the Bar. Let's remember the statements and unsubstantiated accusations Gingras made about Judge Mata while he was still the attorney of record while Laura's case remained pending, shall we?

1) "Look at me, Daddy, I am a real judge now" (written by David Gingras in a court filing requesting a change of judge).
2) Gingras consistently alleged that Judge Mata violated the law, yet he provided no factual evidence to support these serious claims - only his baseless accusations.
3) Gingras wrote a blog on his professional website - Public Warning About Judge Julie Mata.
4) Gingras accused Judge Mata of being biased, that she privately engaged in ex parte discussions about the case with her father, Harry Howe, while also inviting him to attend the hearing & was disrespectful. Additionally, she was accused of being a fan of Clayton Echard because her sister followed Clayton on Instagram.

There was more, but those were a few examples. Let's juxtapose this with the Creed of Professionalism of the State Bar of Arizona, which requires: treating courts of justice and judicial officers with respect; avoiding engaging in unprofessional conduct; and at ALL TIMES diligently adhere to the rules of professional responsibility..."

Can't understand why Gingras has difficulty understanding this? 🤔
