The largest federation of labor unions is giving Guild staff the cold shoulder and leaving lifelong, dedicated workers without a secure retirement.

For nearly a decade, we received no unit-wide COLA increase. With recent inflation, our members saw their real income fall by 19%. NINETEEN PERCENT!

Yet, management is STILL demanding we give up our hard earned wages to get the same pension unfreeze they’re getting for free 🤔
