@SouthwestAir flight 1676 Sac to Sna tonight diverted to Ontario 45 minutes on the ground to be told the flight is cancelled and an hour wait for a bus to take us the 50 miles. Unacceptable! I want a refund of my $75+ Lyft ride

@GregEqEd @KashPrime It is a very large and diverse state. The coastal areas have the benefit of breezes and have lower numbers, as well as inland they tend to have to stay indoors in the summer due to heat so numbers are higher there. Too much generalization in just quoting a number.

@TheDailyPilot All flights from SJC to SNA cancelled 12/26 and 12/27, decided to drive instead, took 11 hours since everyone did the same. Called an international SW # and got through to get my refund

@Cappers54 @SaraDonchey @KPIXtv We were forced to rent a car $365 and drive from SJC yesterday at 1pm, took 10 hours to OC. Traffic and crowds vs stranded for three days or $600 flights on Friday. Home for work today but a white knuckle ride for sure!
