@bobbybonesshow We gave our kids smartphones for their 10th birthday. By then we were leaving them at practices for the sports of their choice sometimes for over 2 hours. They also were spending the night with friends regularly. I felt they needed to be able to reach me when I wasn’t with them.

Georgia is suspending standardized testing for the upcoming school year & formal teacher evals and are seeking to permanently cut certain tests. This will also save $10's of millions from the budget that can be used toward teacher pay, etc. Let's hope other states step up!

Teachers love Admin who:
1) Go above & beyond for their staff
2) Do whatever is needed even small tasks
3) Who are present: in classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, lunchroom
4) Value Teachers time (planning, meetings, after school)
5) Support, encourage and inspire them
