@makemytripcare HI Amit/@makemytrip/@makemytripcare this is absolutely #horrendous and #unacceptable. The refund amount is not the issue compared to the amount paid. Issue is the harrasment by your unprofessional staff(Prasenjit,Swagata) who lacks basics of #customer_handling and #ownership.

They don't provide updates, and for the past two weeks, they've been saying the transaction is stuck due to technical issues. @makemytripcare @jagograhakjago
