First, let’s start by saying this year has been… eventful. I came into 2022 very depressed, anxiety ridden, unhealthy and unfulfilled. I contribute 85% of that to the way I was treating my body. So I did something about it. 68lbs down and counting!

@yooussss 🤣 the simplest way to put it - motion is the white labeled lite version of Notion.
They’ve created the fundamental PM l functions to integrate in an existing flow & allow you to white label it.
Notion is the workspace. There’s a lot more functionality integrated in the tool
@TR401@Melt_Dem@NotionHQ I have a few dashboards that may help, but I saw some awesome ones in the comments that essentially do the same as I would suggest. Only thing I would add is creating a database is the easiest way to evolve the flow & tags are your best friend. I use categories + subcategories
