@1danfulcreation Fubara made a deal with same man: where is he today in the scheme of things?
BAT that made a deal, how has he faired in providing good governance to the people?
A good name will always be better than riches, power or fame!
Deal or no deal PO won that election & they all know!
@_AsiwajuLerry "You cannot list 3 names of people qualified to rule Nigeria right now and not mention Seyi M."
No lies detected. We need a culture of pushing the best of us to lead us. For too long, the smart ones left politics for touts to run as they pleased. Perhaps, we can change the tide.
@Morris_Monye Seyi M. is projecting for 2039 by getting on the ballot in 2027. SE elites worry about Obi, but when power returns South, Seyi could be next to claim “emilokan.”
Fair? NO! But that’s the Nigerian paradox: no fairness, equity or justice.
PO knows power isn’t served à la carte.
@im_Kappachino Is he then running against Peter Obi? His he running to be 3rd or number 1? Why is your 'honesty' not comparing him with BAT?
Las Las we all know what we are doing!
@charles_lukes There is Seyi,
There is Duke,
There is Atiku,
Some would say there is Sowore
You have options to pick from - they are all running to oppose the re-election of Tinubu. If none of the aforementioned is a better candidate than Obi, then I guess, Obi it is!
@ARISEtv 1966 Coup? What has he got to do with that? Media is really part of the problem of this country!
We are in 2026 for Christ' sake bedevilled by serious national issues - insecurity, poverty rate, out of school children, high rise of fake consumables but no na coup do una! Shior!
@Elkrosmediahub The more reason it needs to be a three-horse race; anything short of this, the incumbent steals the day. Right now, the election can go any way between the 3 of them. If the opposition unites against any one candidate, I reckon that fellow gets rigged out, reminiscent of 2019.
I'm a big fan of the "GPS Theory" when you miss a turn, your GPS doesn't judge you, it recalculates. No matter how many detours you take, it finds another way forward. Life works like that too. You'll make mistakes, but your destination doesn't vanish. The route just changes.
@elnathan_john Nice thread except that it's light years late as this interview was granted pre-2023 elections! An election that saw him winning but for the powers that be...
Whenever I catch myself not reading things completely, I remember anti-intellectualism is on the rise, literacy is in decline, and I don’t want to be a VICTIM!
You should have things you don't do, places you don't go to, substances you don't take, words you don't say
By all means, have Principles and Standards.
