@elonmusk I got scanned out of a $1000. Tesla sent me a link saying it was time to order my Cybertruck. I placed my order, paid my $1000 deposit. Then, Tesla said oops, we made a mistake, you are not eligible yet but your $1000 is non refundable. Is that your service goal Elon?
