If you are genuinely "working on my concern," then why was the temporary credit reversed without any resolution or proper explanation?
You initially provided temporary credit because the case was under investigation β if the case is still open, how can you justify taking back the credit? This is a clear violation of customer rights and reflects poorly on your internal process.
I expect an immediate reinstatement of the temporary credit and a proper resolution within 48 hours β or I will escalate this to the Banking Ombudsman and other regulatory authorities. Enough of these template responses β I need action, not excuses!

To make matters worse, after initially providing a temporary credit, you have now reversed it WITHOUT ANY REASON OR UPDATE! This is outright manipulation and bad customer service!
I demand an immediate refund and closure of this dispute within 48 hours β or I will escalate this to the Banking Ombudsman and raise it on public platforms. This delay and reversal are completely unacceptable!

Despite providing clear proof from the aggregator Saddam Shaikh (PYC0713) confirming that NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED, ICICI Bank closed the case based on incomplete merchant documents. This is completely unacceptable!

Despite clear proof of non-delivery of services, RBL Bank closed my dispute without valid justification. Aggregator Saddam Shaikh (PYC0713) has confirmed in writing that NO SERVICE WAS DELIVERED.
π MasterCard has already confirmed that banks are required to follow dispute guidelines.
π RBL Bank is clearly violating MasterCardβs rules by rejecting my case despite contradictory proof from the aggregator.
π The payment was processed via Paycel, but the aggregator himself admitted that no service was provided.

Let me make the facts clear once again:
I have already submitted all the necessary supporting documents, including the written confirmation from the aggregator Saddam Shaikh clearly stating that the service was NOT provided.
Despite having conclusive proof, you wrongfully closed my case without justification.
Now, after reopening the case, you are deliberately stalling the process under the pretext of "internal review."
Over 80+ days have passed, and I am still being subjected to unnecessary delays and excuses.
This is nothing but harassment and a blatant violation of fair banking practices. Your actions are causing mental distress and financial inconvenience.
I am now demanding the following without any further delay:
β Immediate reversal of the disputed amount into my account.
β Confirmation that the refund will be processed without any further document requests or delays.
β Accountability for the wrongful closure of my case despite clear evidence.
If I do not receive a clear resolution within 24 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the RBI and the Banking Ombudsman for immediate action. Additionally, I reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for the financial and emotional stress caused by your negligence.
This matter has already crossed the reasonable timeline for resolution. I expect a FINAL and positive response β not another generic email.

I raised a dispute for a fraudulent transaction on my credit card ending in 1371. Initially, my chargeback request was blocked. After that, Paycel submitted documents from the aggregator Saddam Shaikh to the bank, due to which my dispute was wrongfully closed.
However, I have now received written confirmation from the aggregator Saddam Shaikh stating that they DID NOT provide the service. Despite submitting this as clear proof, my case was reopened, and now @StanChart is asking me to wait another 45 days!
