Hey @OldNavy .. I got 90% of our daughters Easter basket stuffers from your check out lanes. Your cash register even commented on all of it. Why last night when I go to assemble the baskets do I find that not a single one was in the bag? And no, there wasn't a second bag.
@Bestbuy_119 We're now going on 48 hours, 3 days before Christmas, where Best Buy has double charged me for over $700.00 and has not contacted me, nor made any progress towards providing a solution.
Apparently, they only staff a sales team during the holidays is what I've been told. Wild.
@BestBuySupport You've told me you've used all tools at your disposal and are unable to resolve fraudulently charging my bank twice at this time.
Buyers should be warned, Best Buy may accidentally double charge you and take days to resolve.
@BestBuySupport For anyone reading this, they did not provide a solution. They've double charged me for large purchases and are stating they cannot get ahold of anyone to resolve the issue.

@Fortiva_RC I've contacted all 3 credit bureaus informing them that if there is any sort of late payment, it's because your processing system is so bad, that I have to mail in cash, which isn't trust worthy. I sent them to your phone system and website for proof.
@Fortiva_RC you really do not make it easy for card holders to pay you. I've emailed constantly (with no response, ever) informing you that your website does not work. Users are unable to process payments. Your automated phone system? Doesn't work.
@westelm my family and I just purchased a new home and we're at check out to purchase pieces from you all, until your customer service was just awful and shipping times unclear. Such a bummer!
