@icivics I’m trying to help kids learn about the branches and different forms of government. I’d love to get some other teachers to test this out. If you could help me connect me with some others it’d be greatly appreciated!

So I’ve been playing with Claude and was able to use Fable. I made this game to help my middle school students learn some key civics concepts and would love feedback!

@Ike_Saul@TangleNews@dancohen3000@dancohen3000 dropping legitimate propaganda and never answering a question. I say this as someone who does not support over reaction to the Hamas attacks, but pushing this interview when he won’t engage with the questions you ask is clickbait. Disappointed in @TangleNews
Scribs is officially signing off! CPub social media accounts will now be run by the new advisor @dantruog23. Thanks for letting me be a part of Eagle Nation!
8/ This debate in the Senate started because the govt sees the growing crypto industry as a source of tax revenue. We agree everyone must pay their taxes. There is no debate on this topic. But destroying some of the most exciting innovations in the process is unconscionable.
1/ There are a few key moments that define our future. One is happening now in the Senate w/ the infrastructure bill. At the 11th hour @MarkWarner has proposed an amendment that would decide which foundational technologies are OK and which are not in crypto. This is disastrous.
It’s notable that Donald Trump Jr also confessed this weekend, and he didn’t do it in an “I don’t understand the law” way. He was just doing the same thing he used to do when his dad was in control of the DOJ and they knew they wouldn’t be prosecuted anyway: confess and do PR.
Some are saying Trump confessed just so he could paint himself as not understanding the law, as part of a legal defense so he can plead not guilty at trial. But it feels like you’re giving him too much credit. Trump has never been that sophisticated, and his lawyers are idiots.
We’ll see if New York prosecutors view Trump’s confession last night as having been direct enough to use as evidence. But either way, he’s flaunting his crimes at this point, which surely deepens the resolve of those prosecutors to see this through and indict him.
When Trump was in office, he knew he could block federal prosecution, so he’d confess to his crimes and try to play them down. For him it was a PR game. That’s why he confessed last night. But he apparently forgot he’s no longer in office and is vulnerable to prosecution. Oops 😆
