As a community, we’re all in agreement that we need Federal Government @NGRPresident watch over the Ota-Idiroko flyover extensions. We know things are moving, but it’s slow paced with the Oju Ore and Winners flyovers, but we’re really worried that the rest of the route, especially the Ojuore axis, Goro, Onibuku and Atan areas, isn’t getting enough attention.

This delay is causing a lot of frustration for people who commute and for local transport companies. Trucks from the Agbara industrial area often break down in the rough, unpaved spots between the construction zones, which can cause big traffic jams that can last over six hours. These problems are really affecting how markets run and the local economy. We’re asking the Federal Ministry of Works to step up its oversight and get these important parts of the route finished as soon as possible to help our community deal with the challenges we’re facing right now.

ORIRE RESCUE: These details coming from Nigerian Army too Loud!😳

We opted to use ground operation to rescue the abducted schoolchildren children because the aircrafts and drones we used during our rescue operation couldn't locate the abducted schoolchildren and teachers because if you're under that place, you can't even see rays of sunlight.

During one of the operations, we lost two soldiers, and some others were wounded. One of them has a broken arm due to a gunshot wound. I took over the operation, and we had assistance from the NSA Nuhu Ribadu, who sent in the National Counter-terrorism unit.

We also had the Defence Headquarters special forces, the Nigerian Police, DSS, Nigerian Airforce team from Kanji, troops from Operation Savannah Shield from Kwara State that did a blocking from the Northern side of the state, local vigilantes and Amoteken. We lost some hunters, too.

The operation was a complex one, and it lasted for over a month. We focused on identifying the terrorist kingpins that masterminded the abduction and then started cutting off their logistics and informants at the Old Oyo National Park and other parts of the country.

We looked for other members of their team and members of their families in Adamawa, Kano, and different parts of the country and got them, and this put pressure on the terrorists.

During the last phase of the operation, we blocked their major logistics hub in Ashamu, and it finally made them to willingly release the schoolchildren and teachers unconditionally, but we insisted that it was not about releasing but seeing to end of the terrorists operating in the region.

The Crude Oil discovered in Eba, Ogun State has been confirmed as one of the world’s most premium crude grades. It’s of the finest quality.

Active exploration work is now underway on Eba Island, following the grant of Frontier Exploration Status to Ogun State by the Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources.

Key milestones achieved so far include:

—Completion of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) 

—Completion of Bathymetric, Topographical & Geotechnical Surveys concluded

—AA Receipt of statutory approvals secured from NUPRC and the Federal Ministry of Environment

Civil works have commenced and well intervention/re-entry equipment is on ground.

—The Ogun State Government, under the leadership of Governor @DapoAbiodunCON remains committed to facilitating the unlocking the full hydrocarbon potential of our frontier acreage creating jobs, generating revenue, and positioning Ogun State as a serious player in Nigeria's energy future.

In line with Governor @DapoAbiodunCON’s vision to unlock the hydrocarbon potential of the state, key milestones already achieved include:
