@pafournier@mmalizia1701 Majority of the time I didn't actually click the "apply" button - I just stopped my stopwatch and recorded the time it took me to go from start to finish. I'm ironically not looking for a job right now.
I clicked the apply button maybe like 20/25% and had 3-4 interviews so far.
