Somethings in every case can be established as facts like shopping date with a bill and validity from the bottle. U are noone to say that it is her mistake. If its a lie it will be caught.

Read some history to see how food regulations came into being else we would all be sick and have no ability to file lawsuits for compensation.

Do you know milk cartons can be contaminated & can carry bacteria in them which can make u sick. the odour and taste may not be bad right away. The packet was one day old and did swell up like a balloon. expiry was in march 2022.

How can they confiscate it?

@rsrruthilekha The behavior from the store owners is obnoxious and cannot be justified whether or not you were wrong to ask for compensation. I do not know what happened just before they turned violent, but it can still not be justified. They cannot hurt you or push you around.
