Residents of a housing society near Dattamandir Road in Wakad have alleged that increasing commercial activities around their residential premises have created major safety, traffic, and security concerns, making daily life difficult for families living in the area. Society members claim that despite repeated complaints to authorities, the situation continues to worsen.
According to residents, several commercial operations have emerged near the society over the last few years, including a warehouse reportedly functioning as a dark store and an ongoing daycare construction project. Residents alleged that these activities have led to continuous movement of delivery vehicles, traffic congestion, late-night disturbances, and entry of unknown persons into the locality....

वाकड, पुणे येथील सुकासा सोसायटीमधील रहिवासी अनियंत्रित व्यावसायिक गतिविधींमुळे गंभीर त्रास आणि असुरक्षिततेला सामोरे जात आहेत.

शेजारील प्लॉट मालक स्वतःचा स्वतंत्र रस्ता न बांधता जबरदस्तीने सोसायटीच्या निवासी रस्त्याचा वापर करत आहे, जरी त्याचा प्लॉट लँडलॉक नसला तरी. “कॉमन ॲक्सेस”च्या नावाखाली सर्व व्यावसायिक वाहतूक सोसायटीच्या गेटमधून आणि आतील परिसरातून जबरदस्तीने चालवली जात आहे.

या व्हिडिओमध्ये दिसत आहे:
• सोसायटी परिसरात कचरा टाकणे
• दारूच्या बाटल्या आणि असामाजिक प्रकार
• अंतर्गत रस्त्यांवर असुरक्षित परिस्थिती

या शेजारील प्लॉटवर चालणारे Zepto वेअरहाउस, स्नूकर क्लब आणि इतर व्यावसायिक उपक्रमांमुळे संपूर्ण निवासी परिसरात सतत त्रास निर्माण होत आहे.

रहिवासी वारंवार खालील मुद्द्यांबाबत तक्रारी करत आहेत:
• सोसायटीच्या मालकीच्या रस्त्यावर अतिक्रमण
• कंपाउंड वॉल पाडणे
• निवासी प्रवेशमार्गाचा व्यावसायिक वापर
• वाहतूक व सुरक्षेचे गंभीर धोके
• धमक्या आणि दडपशाही
• रात्री उशिरापर्यंत स्नूकर क्लबचा त्रास
• कचरा, पार्किंगचा गोंधळ आणि वेगवान डिलिव्हरी बाइक्स

महिला, मुले, ज्येष्ठ नागरिक आणि कुटुंबांना आता स्वतःच्या गेटेड सोसायटीमध्ये सुरक्षित वाटत नाही.

कोणतीही गंभीर दुर्घटना घडण्यापूर्वी प्रशासनाने तातडीने हस्तक्षेप करून कारवाई करावी ही विनंती.

Illegal and unregulated commercial activities are operating right inside residential premises in Sucasa Society, Wakad due to commercial activities allowed by adjacent plot owner.
Night-time disturbance from a snooker club,Zepto Warehouse, cleanliness issues, traffic chaos, and security threats are becoming unbearable for families.
The video shows late night operations run by the snooker club as late as 2 am where people are leaving the club . The access of this club is taken from society gate and society road . Finally society residents had to seek police help as shown in second video. Police had to intervene to stop their operations and drive the people out . This and such many problems are arising due to these activities.
So the issue is of forceful access under the pretext of common access road by which the adjacent plot owner is using our road for all commercial traffic. This road is residential society road.
Residents of Sucasa Society , Wakad are repeatedly raising concerns about:
* Encroachment on society-owned road
* Demolition of boundary wall. Society wants complete wall (as it was earlier) till the very main road , separating adjacent plot from society road and premises .
* Commercial misuse of residential access.
* Traffic & safety hazards.
* Threats and intimidation faced by residents.
No concrete solution is given to them by authorities. Authorities must intervene urgently.

Law-abiding tax paying hundreds of citizens and residents of Sucasa Society, wakad, pcmc, Pune are being harassed due to unchecked commercial activities on a neighboring plot from long time. The local landowner of adjacent plot has demolished part of the society boundary wall and is using the society-owned residential road for commercial access instead of creating his own entry from his own plot.
Hundreds of speeding delivery bikes from Zepto warehouse, Flipkart warehouse, snooker club, gym which are built on this plot now use the internal society road daily inside society gates . Trucks, parked vehicles, and commercial traffic have completely disrupted peace and safety for residents. Children, women, and senior citizens no longer feel safe walking inside their own gated community.
Residents of Sucasa Society , Wakad are repeatedly raising concerns about:
• Encroachment on society-owned road
• Demolition of boundary wall
• Commercial misuse of residential access
• Traffic & safety hazards
• Threats and intimidation faced by residents.
. Littering, garbage , late night noise, parking chaos , speeding bikes , fights and nuisance and heavy trucks.

Authorities must intervene urgently.

It is important to think about the boundary of a data contract. Would you enforce it between two steps of a pipeline where both steps are owned by the same team? Or do you see it largely as a social contract between teams? And if the teams change, do your contracts change too?

Having a logical end to work day helps you prioritise pending tasks as the first thing then next day. Mentally not thinking about end of work day will be very tiring. And it can be 10pm as well. But you need to mentally shut the work at some time.
