@FitbitSupport can't set up mobiletrack on my fitbit app. Downloaded and re-downloaded the app after restarting phone and it just doesn't show up as an option under the set up a new device page.

@madebygoogle including factory reset and it is still happening. I was told to go to a mobile repair shop. Since this is a hardware issue, I don't believe I should have to pay out of pocket. Can I ship the phone back to Google to repair?

@googledevs Have hardware issue with Pixel 3. Seems very common after reading forums. After troubleshooting including factory reset, Google just told me to find a repair shop. It's hardware problem that I didn't cause. Shouldn't Google fix it instead of me paying out of pocket?

@ZGallerie I purchased this order on April 6th. a few days after, there was another sale that reduced the prices of the items I purchased more so I called on the 14th and a rep said he will refund the price difference. I have not received a confirmation or the refund itself.
