1. >80% cases of SC/ST act are filed on OBC. So why OBCs are protected under this act?

2. 94% population in Karnataka is SC/ST/OBC. So govt is trying to protect 94% from 6%?

3. Who are going to be target of this act?
-GC students (who are in minority)
-Most professors (can be charged with discrimination for smallest of rebukes)

4. What is going to be the end-result of this act?
-Discrimination will still exist
-Misuse will be all time high
-More & more GC ppl will be on target, esp after already being sidelined from everywhere
