@prinxeisdark @SeanMac6019 @LVKEBVSSEY @BrettHoffland@KSTP Didn't you hear? Anything done in protest that they don't like is rioting. Civil disobedience especially is rioting, even when no damage is being done!
@_sachaaaaaaaa @marcifulyg @angelikaoles You're assuming he does more, but you can't assume there's a reason for her not to cook for him? Some people don't like reheating things, maybe he just doesn't like her food, or he likes cooking and wants to cook? You know one thing and judge her harshly for not doing it your way
@_sachaaaaaaaa @marcifulyg @angelikaoles The way you're acting is because of misogyny, because she isn't acting the way you believe women should act in a relationship. Like bare minimum why are you so pressed that a woman actually has an equitable relationship. You gotta deprogram the misogyny babe, it's in everyone
@_sachaaaaaaaa @marcifulyg @angelikaoles She is in charge of childcare full time and otherwise cleans the house, her not making food or doing her husband's laundry doesn't make her a freeloader? This is literally an equitable relationship, he takes care of himself and the money, she takes care of the kids and the house
@_sachaaaaaaaa @marcifulyg @angelikaoles I would really encourage you to not place a judgement on her for having a different relationship than you have with your roommates. Just because it seems like a nice thing to do, doesn't mean that it's always the right thing to do in every situation
@marcifulyg @angelikaoles I mean seeing as we have literally 0 other contextual information as to why she only cooks for herself and her kids I feel like it makes more sense to assume there's a reason he cooks for himself, like he has specific dietary needs or eats at different times? Maybe he's picky?
@goblinJoel@marketdoctor@hankgreen Oh definitely, I also don't eat a lot of beef so my thoughts are more based on how much we eat leftovers in my house. We'll make tacos and then use the taco meat for another day or two of meals, so that's 2-3 servings of beef with just one cooked meal.
@marketdoctor@hankgreen Plus 5/21 meals a week isn't that much? Leftovers or meal prepping is more common now, so eating the same beef dish multiple times in a week doesn't seem unlikely to me
@marketdoctor@hankgreen I mean steak, tacos, meatballs/meatloaf, a large variety of asian soups and stews, all contain beef as well. So if you make steak and eat it two days a week, then you make chilli and eat it another two days a week you're at 4 meals in that week with beef.
@hasanthehun I had a long term sinus infection that made me feel generally off for months before it made me sick enough to go to the doctor, maybe see if you have something similar?
@hankgreen Weirdly enough I also enjoy humans and my initial instinct was to choose the "universe without humans" option. I think a lot of us still have an edgy frustrated teenager inside that's really bitter and hates things, despite that I chose a universe with humans. :)
@ryancbeard Isn't the even bigger issue the antisemitism? If you ignore the terf stuff and want to buy the game, haven't people been talking about how deeply antisemitic it is with the whole "putting down the goblin rebellion while the goblins are just a bunch of anti-Jewish stereotypes"
@sarahschauer You can also buy specific shampoos for removing chlorine from your hair, and certain hair treatments like Malibu treatments are good to get every so often to get rid of the free radical build up from swimming!!
@sarahschauer I mean if you could look for a saltwater pool that's what I would recommend! Salt water is so much better for your hair that chlorine! Otherwise get your hair wet before putting it in the swim cap, it will further dilute the chlorine water that touches your hair
@angelikaoles I've noticed something similar with my sleep, but my take is that everyone is different and while most people need 7-9, there will be people who need less and others who need more! As long as you feel good and your doctor doesn't notice anything wrong, you should be fine!
