@HSBC_UK Seems the defeat the object of being able to register LPOAs online. Would I need to make an appointment to go into branch? I work full time & Saturdays are not generally convenient

@HSBC_UK how difficult can you possibly make it for someone to get through to your 'help' line. Need to update details on my mothers account which was never registered for online banking so can't log on! Completely frustrating and anything but 'help'-ful!

@HSBC_UK She can't ring, I am doing it on her behalf. Tried to register LPOA but can't upload docs more than 3MB...doc in accepted pdf format is 15KB 🤷‍♀️
