Dear @etihad, I shared feedback regarding my recent experience flying with you,but strangely nobody has reached out or even dropped an email acknowledgment. At this point,compensation is out of the equation-basic customer engagement and responsiveness would have been appreciated.

Flew with Lufthansa from Bangalore to Wroclaw via Frankfurt. I updated my Maharaja (Air India) ID to credit miles, but it hasn’t been done yet. I contacted support and was told the ticket was transferred to the team, but miles are still not credited. Please assist?

I could not. And support is simply pathetic. I went to bank branch and they said they don't look into CC. Called video branch, he said get Aadhaar printed and signed by our official in Bank. Did that still nothing. Sent passport...still waiting...
Hey @MyIndusIndBank, still unable to onboard on your new app #Indie despite raising this issue multiple times via email since March. How long does it take to fix a technical bug? Why launch an app with such critical glitches in the first place?
@DCBBank I have mailed dcb bank and called also from Poland to raise my concern on 30th July. However, my card was not given back. Disgusting…I will continue to be in Poland. Support said you need to come to India and apply back. That’s insane.
@DCBBank Absolutely pathetic service. My card got stuck in a Euronet ATM while I was travelling in Poland. Raised complaints with both #Euronet and DCB-yet no resolution,no support, and now I’m told I won’t get my card back. Unacceptable customer care for international travellers

Ordered a band for my mother on Amazon — she received a used product. Their “support” is just bouncing between chatbots. No resolution, no human follow-up. This is the kind of insensitive, broken system they run. Shameful.
Hey @amazonIN , I ordered a brand new Xiaomi Smart Band 6 and received a used, dusty product with visible wear! Your Service Center refused help, saying they only handle software issues. This is unacceptable. I need a REPLACEMENT ASAP. #AmazonFail#XiaomiIndia
