@RealSimpleAriel why hold cash if the fed is letting it run hot. If stocks are selling off they are probably pricing in the fed raising rates. Like silver and gold ripping when markets were pricing in the opposite.

@DeludedVision Point is issuing shares doesn’t fix every stocks problem, there will be ones that still cant trade above $5m MVLS after constant raises and they want those off the exchange specifically.

So their take is if the co offers and price shits it’s self in proportion, and holds under $5m for 30 consec days, then it’s not worthy of being on the nasdaq
