It's solely based on his plunge multipliers. Eula can use C6 Bennett to infuse with Pyro too, so Diluc having an inherent infusion isn't why it works.

@Euphoralized It's a nuanced situation. Both of them can be wrong, and there doesn't have to be "sides." Ppl acting as if Brax revealing he's also bad exonerates Atsu, as if he wasn't still a POS who doubled-down long after the situation was resolved. Twt needs to realize it's not black&white

Buffing Columbina here doesn't help when Navia does not scale with lunar reactions as the on-fielder. 75%+ DMG Bonus for the on-fielder > boosting the support's dmg

But regardless, this proves that her BiS team is Furina & Bina. Credits shown & vomfee for one of them I think. Supports help DPS, not each other

Furina doesn't "do nothing" solely bc she doesn't synergize with Columbina; she's still the same broken support giving Navia a huge dmg boost, while Columbina enables Lunar-Crystallized for a different big dmg boost.

@mrrrmp @mixx_n_match She was not tho. The last second jellyfish ICD change exacerbated the misinfo on her. ToTM already existed. She didn't "magically" become better it's just ppl didn't understand where to use her. Same happened with Raiden Shogun. Her utility has not changed from 2.1 to now
