@cromaretail I bought a phone from Croma with ZipCare. Within 6 months it got damaged, now I’m told it’s nonrepairable, I’ll get just a 75% voucher but no phone return. What about my data & privacy? How can I trust it wont be misused? Why not return the phone if it cant be fixed?

received a call to accept lower version of cab b4 1 hour of leaving & to keep luggage in carrier in rainy season & then without notification just b4 20 minutes of Leaving they cancelled booking
Will miss our train bcs of unprofessional service

I thought allowing people to get BH series car was really great initiative of government but while going through process of it makes me sad as every state RTO office is saying different things on it making it impossible to get it @nitin_gadkari @mParivahanteam
