Some men belong to an era.
Some men become one.
To the man who mastered both
and became a phenomenon of his own ♥️
Wishing our dearest Hon'ble Chief Minister,
Vijay sir, a very Happy Birthday ♥️

Arya never truly became "No One."
While training with Jaqen H'ghar and the Faceless Men in Braavos, she learned their skills, but she never abandoned her identity as Arya Stark.
The clearest proof comes when she refuses to kill Lady Crane, defying the Faceless Men, and later declares:
"A girl is Arya Stark of Winterfell, and I'm going home."
The Faceless Men demand complete surrender of personal identity, memories, and desires. Arya could never let go of her family, her home, or her list of enemies. Instead of becoming No One, she took the training and abilities they taught her and remained Arya Stark.
In many ways, her story in Braavos is about discovering who she is, not erasing who she is.
I visited the southernmost tip of India.
I stood at Indira Point. I walked under trees that have stood for centuries. I dove into coral reefs among the most vibrant on earth.
And I sat with the people who live there. Tribal communities, whose land is being taken away by violating the Forest Rights Act. Settlers, many of them former soldiers, placed on these islands by the Indian government, who aren’t getting fair compensation.
The Modi government and BJP tells you Great Nicobar Project is about defence. It is not.
Expand INS Baaz - we will back the government fully. The Navy has been asking for expansion for five years - it has been ignored.
They tell you it is about a transhipment port. It is not. India is already building one in Kerala, which is on the mainland.
What it actually is: 1.5 crore trees felled. Coral reefs erased from official maps. Soldiers and tribals displaced - so one businessman can build hotels and casinos on India’s most irreplaceable ecological land.
Every young Indian I have spoken to understands this. You know that no amount of profit is worth destroying what can never be recovered.
I stand for ecologically balanced development. These islands can be the most extraordinary sustainable destination the world has ever seen. That is the India worth fighting for.

Effect of Normalising Wrong-Side Driving.
First it was motorbikes and autos, then cars. Now the school bus! This is a grave menace, and the government should take strict action and penalise offenders with hefty fines. @CMOTamilnadu
No one understood a composer's vision faster, and no one poured more focus into a song than SPB. Celebrating the life, friendship, and the unmatched achievement of 50,000 songs. Happy Birthday, SPB.
On May 22, 2026, every single one of the world's 50 hottest cities was inside India. The 51°C tap water in this video shows what that looks like at street level. The house has no water heater. The sun alone heated water in a rooftop tank to temperatures that blister skin.
On a single day this week, 26 of those 50 cities sat in one Indian state, Uttar Pradesh. Nineteen Indian cities crossed 45°C by Friday evening. Brahmapuri in Maharashtra recorded 47.2°C, the country's seasonal peak so far. India's electricity grid hit an all-time record on May 21, with peak demand jumping more than 5% in three days as air conditioners across the country ran flat out.
The tap water in the video gets to 51°C without a heater because of how Indian homes store water. Most rooftops have big plastic tanks holding the household's daily supply, and those tanks sit in direct sun for 8 to 10 hours a day in summer. A peer-reviewed study of rooftop tanks across hot countries measured what happens. With 30°C water flowing in and full Indian sun overhead, a standard plastic tank climbs past 50°C by afternoon. On the worst days it peaks near 60°C.
Lucknow reported a 30 to 40 percent rise in heat-related illness this week. Maharashtra has logged 226 heatstroke cases and at least two deaths since March. Delhi's RML Hospital admitted a 24-year-old man this week and put him in emergency ice-water immersion. A climate research group called ClimaMeter says 44 million people and $341 billion in economic activity are now exposed to dangerous heat conditions. India's average night temperature is climbing about 0.21°C every decade.
ClimaMeter's analysis published this week attributed the heatwave's intensity to human-caused climate change. Summer arrived weeks ahead of schedule. The pre-monsoon rains that normally cool things down failed to arrive at all. India has now logged four consecutive years of record-level heatwaves, and the 2026 monsoon is still weeks away from reaching the worst-affected northern states.
It's a misinterpretation of tiger's brilliant evolutionary adaptation.
Tigers are apex predators. Adult tigers don’t have natural predators to worry about, so they don't need "anti-predator" defenses.
Instead, those striking white spots on the back of their ears (called ocelli) serve a much deeper biological purpose.
When a tiger lowers its head to drink, its ears naturally rotate and flatten out.
Even an apex predator is vulnerable when its head is down at a waterhole.
Rival tigers, large packs of dholes, or mugger crocodiles can seize the moment.
To a predator stalking from behind, it looks like the tiger is staring straight at them.
But the adaptation goes further.
In dense woods & grass, a tigress uses these high-contrast white spots as silent, visual guideposts for her cubs to follow.
The problem exists because we project our own ideas of defense onto an animal that is actually using a masterpiece of offensive signaling and maternal communication.

Do you know Hoolock #Gibbons are India’s only ape, and they spend almost its entire life in the treetops.
What you are seeing here is how they are using man made bridge which is specially built for them at Assam’s Hollongapar Gibbon #Sanctuary.
Making it not only the first confirmed use by a gibbon in the Sanctuary, but also the first documented instance anywhere in the world of a gibbon using such a structure above a railway line.
Courtesy to #Assam FD and #WII for initiative.
