I applied for Jio Airfiber connection on 21st June but 5 days gone your team didn't install it and now they are saying we don't have a device.

Your team response is pathetic and no is providing me support
Please refund my money

@JioCare I visited your office but they are saying the order is not showing in their portal. I am surprised how they can say. From bottom to top no one is responding.I am completely frustrated.
Yesterday I raised SR00003A4C37 but they closed SR without any solution.
