@asda cancelled an order on 29/12 as you did not have items in stock & too many substitutes.I was told my order was cancelled & I would be refunded.Later that day I got an email to say I collected my order.I have emailed 3 times. I can prove I called on 29/12. Very poor service!
@lastminute_com flight cancelled from palma… messaged you over 4 hours ago. No flight to get home and no where to stay. Ryanair app not giving option of rebook. Literally stuck and not getting help. We were told your priority team would be in touch #awfulservice
@virginmedia you have cut my mums service off (tv, broadband & TV) we just changed it to her name after the death of my father. She can’t get through… the bereavement team say they can’t help as the contract is now in her name (by 1 week)… awful awful awful 🤬

@HSBC_UK it’s official you have the worst customer service!If you are looking for a company account - chose a different bank! I made over 60 payments today & only 10% have reached the recipients. The money was taken from the account 6 hrs ago! I been on hold for over 90mins #hsbc

@TUIUK two hours of trying to get through today…. 😢 this will def stop me from ever booking with TUI again. I understand people are busy but the process just makes it not worth it
