My hometown has population of nearly 31,000 & only 1 branch of USPS. Rarely is there more than 1 person working the counter & often the line is out the door. Because of this, I go to the branch in the next county…

Service is usually quick but like many other branches, it shows signs of neglect: outdated poster, worn out counters, broken equipment, etc
