@DavidBr49682490@fiat_money@Geiger_Capital Yes it’s literally an injection of $ into the private economy! Your Q acknowledges that by referencing the danger that this injection may cause inflation. Possible but only if there is insufficient spare capacity to absorb that extra money. This is the real Q not ‘debt’.
@AlexanderKalian@jeremycorbyn Corbyn is not calling anyone to be neutral on the question of genocide. He is pointing out that the ridiculous claim by the Under Sec be neutral is a lie.
@c_kennaugh@AdnanHussainMP Naive? He warned Blair about cosying up to Putin over 25 years ago! He has never advocated “appeasement of dictators” (in contrast to Starmer’s fawning behaviour this week!) and has been very consistently on the side of peace throughout his career.
@theJeremyVine Notice how the silver car LC enters the r/a a fraction before the car coming from the right. Both are travelling at a reasonably safe speed so both cars can use the r/a at the same time without colliding. KY could have done similar but it was travelling too fast.

I have heard that there is concern locally about where I stand on the proposed Lime Down Solar Farm, in light of my sponsorship of the Climate and Nature Bill in Parliament. I’d like to take this opportunity to clear up any misconceptions… 👇🏻👇🏻
Matt Barbet thinks he has a gotcha moment as he points out that Ed Davey is not arguing from a selfish party political perspective. So Ed has to point out that there’s a democratic principle at stake and that PR will benefit us all.
Matt Barbet: Are you still up for proportional representation?
Ed Davey(LibDem leader): "Yes, we've been up for it for 100 years... it makes sure we do politics in a different way..."

The Bank of England is deliberately driving the UK economy into recession in direct opposition to Rachel Reeve’s core GE policy commitment to bring about growth. She has the power and constitutional authority to stop this so why doesn’t she?

@robfromfort @robprogressive Schools are provided free in the UK. Some people choose to buy their education from private businesses. Obviously those businesses need to make enough money to pay their costs or they will fold like this one.
