Things Cypherium Got Right

1.Commitment to PoW
PoS faces several challenges, including centralization, lack of censorship resistance, poor liquidity, low security, and non-compliance. Despite years of promotion by Vitalik and his zealots, PoS has failed to prove workable. At times, PoS even pushed PoW into an unfavorable position. However, the contrasting performance between Bitcoin and Ethereum today demonstrates that PoS is not viable. PoS sacrifices the community by introducing permanent inflation to serve the interests of project founders, VCs, and exchanges. In the long run, PoW will prevail over PoS. Moreover, the enormous computing power behind PoW will become a vital link between AI and cryptocurrencies in the future.
Cypherium has adhered to PoW from the first version of its whitepaper, resisting industry-wide pressure to switch to PoS. Currently, it is the only blockchain that has solved the challenge of coexisting PoW, scalability, and smart contracts. It supports over 30,000 transactions per second with real-time settlement, making it the only permissionless Layer 1 blockchain capable of meeting financial-grade application requirements.
2.Commitment to Compliance
RWA (Real-World Assets) has emerged as the most promising avenue for cryptocurrencies. While meme coins were once highly popular, they are purely speculative and destined for losses in the long term. Only RWAs can enable cryptocurrencies to achieve mainstream adoption by carrying trillions of dollars worth of real assets and positioning blockchain as the true global financial settlement layer. Bitcoin’s price is now heavily dependent on traditional financial market ETFs. Only compliant digital assets can participate in the traditional financial system. Blockchains with compliance issues or founders entangled in lawsuits will miss this historic opportunity.
Since its inception, Cypherium has secured multiple U.S. patents, avoided legal disputes with any government, and developed decentralized identity (DID) solutions to meet compliance requirements. Additionally, it has collaborated with central banks, governments, and international financial institutions to conduct proof-of-concept projects, positioning itself to embrace the multi-trillion-dollar RWA market fully.
3.Commitment to On-Chain Scaling
Ethereum’s Layer 2 strategy can be considered a textbook failure. Even during this bull run, networks like Solana, despite frequent outages, have outperformed Ethereum and its hundreds of L2 solutions. L2 networks not only compete against each other but also cannibalize Ethereum itself, diminishing the utility of ETH as a gas token. This cycle has seen Ethereum and its L2 ecosystem lose momentum to new Layer 1 competitors. However, as I have mentioned before, many high-performance L2 solutions rely on PoS, which introduces unlimited inflation and multiple challenges.
Cypherium’s innovative PoW + HotStuff hybrid consensus algorithm has overcome the challenge of achieving security, high performance, and permissionless decentralization simultaneously, setting it apart from other networks.
4.Commitment to Blockchain Architecture
On-chain scaling has long been the “holy grail” of blockchain development. Many technical geniuses have attempted to solve the performance and decentralization dilemma through various approaches, such as DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph). However, none of these solutions has proven perfect. DAG suffers from unpredictable transaction confirmation times and cannot support Turing-complete smart contracts. Many projects have sacrificed decentralization for efficiency, using mechanisms like DPoS or Layer 2 scaling, but these solutions inevitably encounter bottlenecks and cannot serve as the final answer.
