Now that #dharmenderpradhan has resigned, parliament sessions will resume and bills will be passed ? if yes, this was a tactic by #BJP to shun the opposition to achieve higher goals that they set for achieving from current sessions.
Is there any other state in #India issuing #PRC like #Karnataka government ? To my understanding handing out residency kind of document is in the purview of Central Govt. and not the respective states. #SIR#ECI
Thank you for taking this up. The other problem is that restaurants add Service Charge(Optional) by default indirectly making you forcefully to pay. At that moment it becomes awkward to ask restaurants to remove since it’s mentioned as Optional.
The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has initiated suo motu action against 41 restaurants for levying service charge by default, based on complaints received through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
Reaffirming that service charge is voluntary and entirely at the consumer's discretion, the CCPA has imposed penalties on violators, taken action against restaurants violating consumer protection law and directed them to discontinue the automatic levy of service charge. Consumers can report such violations through the National Consumer Helpline (1915).

We need a revolution in civic sense: no littering, respect public property, no gutkha spitting, no loud reels in public, and no excessive honking. This should be the next big trend in India.
Start gifting dustbins, Car trash bins, reusable bottles, and pocket ashtrays/spittoons on special occasions. Call out and shame people who litter or damage public property built with taxpayers’ money.
The government should also start a dedicated department for cleanliness and civic sense.
It’s high time.
