@dtptraffic Kindly please confirm High Security Registration Plate ( HSRP ) is applicable for Vehicles that are Delhi/NCR Registered. If Vehicle is Registered in other state like Karnataka where HSRP is not applicable/mandatory & hence must not be fined for driving in Delhi/NCR
