I'm growing new grey hairs trying to wrap my head around Elden Ring's story enough to make a video on it. I found myself asking "how did I make Dark Souls story vids?" and then recalled that I had clocked like 400 hours in Dark Souls by that point T_T
@JacksonDoesTech They really gotta own either the world getting bigger and more complicated governments (like New Vegas/FO2) or make it a lawless wasteland where your companions are hanging out the window of a junker and shooting at feral ghouls with machine guns while you drive.
My editor, working on an upcoming Fallout video: so why didn't they just use cars?
Me: *goes into a longwinded explanation about the Resource Wars and the finickiness of surviving fusion reactor cars when he could've just shared this image*
@thebl4ckd0g I think the main issue with player cars is map size and geography. They'd def have to design the map around it on purpose. Flying things are easier to implement, 'cause it won't hit a stray rock and fly 50 feet into the air
Was just doing an idle drawing to get an idea of Caesar's Legion's general size for an upcoming video and man they're enormous (ignore the hastily-traced baja)
