@JustBasicA@gumazeka Some men hold the same criticism and yet I see no mention of "rabid fanboys". In fact, I don't think I have ever in my life heard of "rabid fanboys". How odd...
@JustBasicA@gumazeka The initial criticisms had nothing to do with anyone being a woman. Some people made observations and expressed opinions about them. But instead of engaging with the opinions, someone constructed a gendered monolith, dismissing them as "rabid fangirls."
@Heipzhr@louaahh Note that when the problem is coming from a group of men, most will refer to the specific fanbase. "kc fans are ruining X" for instance. But when the problem is coming from a group of women, suddenly it is relevant to have the monolith include gender? Why is that?
@roxsmeb It is valid for someone to feel the cast isn't focusing on the game enough. One can treat that as valid without the casting changing. "i understand your view, but most people actually find this more engaging" is a better than "in the past they were meaner and everyone loved it"
@roxsmeb I'm personally fine with the casting, but is it not possible that a portion of the audience has changed?
I'm not saying the casting must change, this might be a small group of loud people. But why so much deference to the past? It seems pretty invalidating of reasonable opinions
@T1Thresh@RFTGGlol I agree that I am being overly emotional about "T1 fans". On average, the clump of fans is annoying with things like this, but most fan bases are biased in this way and a group is not representative of every individual fan. However, I am in fact not THAT slow
@T1Thresh@RFTGGlol Did you consider checking the live data on the website that RFT linked and not a picture of the data at one point in time? "This person's comment is really not matching up with this picture. They must just be THAT dumb" is a conclusion. Canyon is now above Oner at least.
@reireileii@TransLiko@NatYandura I'm not here to fight. I'd like to understand your perspective.
I'm unsure I'm following why "I was born a woman" is more meaningful than "I am a woman". Perhaps it is not, and you're just viewing this as a factual statement for a cis person to say that doesn't need to be dug at?
@Silverborn_@MiddlecottIsMe Genuine question, is this difference not driven more by the lack of drills that can be done? It seems like while traditional sports coaches may communicate during friendly matches, a lot more of that would happen during drills which League does not really have.
@Darkkk__K@A_C_trezza@itsBruxelles@Zikichu As others have said, this only activates if the MSI champs make their regional Playoffs. Super likely, dont get me wrong, but its technically possible they dont make it
