You paid for the click.
Most people still left.
The lost sale is not gone. Your pop-up can catch it. Your flows can bring it back. Your list can make the next sale.
I break down the math here:

While everyone chimps out about Ai killing humans, just build some rockets fren.
Lift some planets.
Eat some pain for breakfast.
Everything is awesome.
Someone just bought from you. That is when they trust you most.
First, send a plain thank-you from the founder. Tell them what happens next.
Then show the missing piece. A racket needs balls. Bands wear out. A bag carries the racket.
They bought from you once. That first sale makes the next one easier.
Comment CHECKOUT and I will send the flow.
Most people ask AI to make one email.
I gave it the whole email job.
I use it to build the pop-up and pick the offer. It maps the welcome flow. It plans lost-cart emails. It also plans what to send after the sale.
The video shows each file. It shows the steps and examples I use.

Should your cart email lead with a sale code?
Not yet.
First, bring the cart back. Then show proof. Then give a plain reminder.
Give them the code in email three. First show them why they should finish the order.
Comment CHECKOUT and I will send the flow.
The offer makes your welcome flow. Or breaks it.
Percent off or cash off is not the real point. Cart size is.
Under a hundred bucks, take percent off. Ten off. Fifteen. Twenty.
Over a hundred, switch it. Thirty bucks off beats ten off.
Run both. Keep the one your list buys from.
Comment CHECKOUT and I will send the flow.
Someone just bought from you. That is the worst time to hand them a code.
Right then they trust you. They are ready to buy again. A code on the thank you page steps on that. It says the price they paid was soft. It trains them to wait for the next code.
The thank you email has nothing to claim. Say thanks. Tell them what comes next. Show what goes with the thing they bought.
Same for reviews. Do not pay for one.
Comment CHECKOUT and I will send you the flow.
Your store runs on four email flows.
Just joined the list: the welcome flow.
Left without buying: browse, cart and checkout.
Just bought: the post-purchase flow.
Sat there for weeks and never bought: the never bought flow.
That last one gets your best offer. If it does not move them, nothing will.
You may have heard there are nine core flows. There are. All nine come out of these four.
Comment FLOWS and I will tell you which one to build first.
What would Coke send if it sold direct?
I made the full plan: Pop the Cap, free guides, six welcome emails, and what I would send all year.

Two deals on the same bottle. One sold 73 percent more.
A store ran this test for sixteen weeks. One week it cut 35 percent off. The next week it kept the price and put 50 percent more in the bottle.
The week that gave more cost the store more per ounce. It still sold 73 percent more.
People see 50 next to 35 and stop reading the rest. A bonus pack does the same thing. So does buy one get one.
Comment OFFER and I will tell you which one to run.
I have never felt more optimized than last week.
And brain was thinking that just because I "do things right" - I suppose to deserve good results for my business.
Only business work moves the business.
Today I literally had Russian and Kavkaz 80s music in my ears, ate shit food, and danced while working.
Got more done than the entire last week.
Choose 3 main things in your day - that's your Signal.
Everything else is Noise. Avoid.
Your pop up asks for the email right away. That is one step.
A two step pop up shows the offer first. You tap yes. Then the email box shows up.
Same offer both ways. 20% off your first order.
A study this year looked at one billion pop ups. The one step box got 4.62 out of 100. The two step box got 5.17.
The only thing that changed was the click.
Comment POPUP and I will send you the build.
Want more email sales from your store?
My new video shows what to change in your pop-up. I cover which offers to test and how to make sign-up easy.

My new YouTube video is live.
You have three things on YouTube: views, proof, and trust.
The part most miss is the path from that trust to sales. Your videos send fans to the store. The popup gets the email. The flows welcome them, save lost carts, and bring buyers back.

A name can make more people open your email. This test got 11 more opens. It sent 100 emails. The video shows the full test. Use a name when it fits the note.
The product's use cycle sets the date for your winback flow.
Thirty capsules. One per day. The buyer should need more around day 30.
If day 45 or day 60 arrives and they have not bought again, something stopped the second order. That is when the winback flow starts.
Start with a reminder. Do not start with a discount.
Your first low-ticket order does not have to win.
It only has to get the buyer's foot in the door.
Low ticket uses a different strategy. More shoppers buy the first time. Email and SMS bring them back for the second order.
Higher conversion first. Repeat purchase second.
