@Jazzketballl A top, what, center??
Top 10? Sure. Possibly.
Top 5? Seems like a stretch.
Over/Under 2.5 All NBA Teams over the next 5-7 years?
Over/Under 2.5 All Star Teams?
I would loved to have him for around 25mil. But the cap savings, plus 4 FRP’s?
Yes please.
@jdt_91 Price is fine. Hayes is poop though. 1 year deal is fine. We weren’t going to contend this year anyway, but it’s still a massive drop from where we may have been with Kessler. Overall I’m good with it, but can’t pretend like Jaxon Hayes is a good signing.
@JoshEberley It’s a fun question, but the answer is still mostly the main contenders: OKC, Spurs, Denver, NY and maybe Boston.
LeBron is incredible. Even at 41. And Round 1 LeBron is awesome.
But Round 2 and 3: games every other day? He can’t do it anymore. Not since 2020.
@jazzbeargryllz How do you mean “pathetic”? Seems like an odd choice. He came in with so much hype, and actually delivered. Thats tough to do. Especially in our hyper vigilant social media world.
@JoshEberley I don’t mind the Golden State angle. He’s cemented. Whether someone thinks he’s the GOAT or not, that person has probably already made up their mind.
At this point, LeBron wants to compete and play with his friends. Just like most of us would in his position.
I kinda like it
@HuddleLair Yeah… lots of factors:
Walker’s early injury would have sunk them pretty quick, but then picking up JJJ would have helped, plus all the other tanking teams:
Cop out answer, but I’d say like 40 ish wins.
@JoshEberley I think it’s more of how much the needle moves: Bucks were going to be a bad team with Giannis and are bad afterward. Miami was going to be a mid team before Giannis, and are going to be mid afterwards too.
Minnesota’s is an interesting swing by “contending” team.
@john_keeffer Hey John, curious what you think of Ace playing the 2?
I’m wondering if the destiny of the team is for DP to start at the 1, with Ace as a big 2 and then Key in the 6th man role.
@jdt_91 For real. I think Tim Connelly is near the top when it comes to GM rankings, but this one is a head scratcher. Maybe I just don’t respect Lamelo, but I think Naz was so critical for Minnesota and might be a better, winning player than Lamelo is.
