Great customer service @MonsoonUK! Email you with a query, you take 5 days to email back, apologise for the delay but don’t actually respond to my query regarding a faulty product! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Surprisingly my dress still has a hole in it! Seriously disappointing.

@Selfridges @sweatybetty visited your Manchester store on 1 May & assistants were lovely, couldn’t have been more helpful. Only complaint @sweatybetty, why dont you make all your bras ‘high’ support? Really wanted the ‘Upbeat’ burgundy bra but no where near supportive enough ☹️

@sweatybetty @Selfridges @sweatybetty you need to rethink how you do sports bras! I wanted that bra and leggings but was just not supportive enough! Make all your bras firm support & I’m sure you’ll get more sales. Smaller boobs can wear firm, bigger boobs can’t wear light/medium, you’re missing a trick!

@lovebravissimo for a store that’s meant to give your customers confidence the lighting in your Liverpool store is horrendous and highlights every imperfection and insecurity. Not really what you want when you’re buying bras and bikini’s. Walked out wanting to 😢

@johnlewisretail disappointed to receive a £379 Ted Baker leather jacket today in a plastic bag. Not really very protective for such an expensive piece. Maybe take some inspiration from @ted_baker and deliver more expensive items in a box?
