@TalkTalk How long are talktalk expecting it to take, until the issue is fixed by outreach? Many people are being given conflicting information from a few hours to 72 hours. This is not acceptable, people's livelihoods are at stake. Can talktalk please provide a more specific answer.

Is this what I pick and option 5 Im unsure.
Also Im afraid I will lose everything Ive previously bought
