I can imagine a neo–arts and crafts movement emerging soon. The lower barrier to product development makes room for a reaction to mass-market apps, with smaller, simpler, more eccentric and handcrafted products.

AI coding agents have changed my process more than anything since I started design, but the up front need to whiteboard ideas is unchanged and feels even more necessary.
