Same story different order.... This is happening way too frequently now a days. @amazonIN customer support jus gives templated replies and no action is taken against the delivery partner. It's the customer who has to suffer.....

@rohit007m they will ask uou to go to Worli to cancel the challans. And if you don't pay will get a notice too even if it isn't your fault 🙂

My challan had a totally different car in the evidence pic, still the reply was officer on duty is right and closed the ticket saying challan stands....
Also after multiple tries I got through to customer care number but they said if it's declined they can't help
