im going 2 say this again and again but if you are racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, etc... you should not be in healthcare. you shouldn't even consider it. because those biases will rob someone of their life just because of your ignorance + your "personal beliefs"

We vote, but we do not have a democracy. A government for the people and by the people would respond to complaints about policy brutality with reform, not more brutality. The people we elect feel no obligation to the people. They are obligated only to business and capital.
