@politicsranter What about the women’s work while they’re also sorting out Christmas? All women I know are working & also sorting Christmas/food/chores etc. It’s 2023, women work these days 🙄. Not much to ask for your partner to contribute equally to the household and to events like Christmas.

@Fluffadelic The point is you shouldn��t have to “suck it up” and get a different job. People shouldn’t be forced out of their jobs/careers because they’re inflexible. Flexible working is important and good for everyone, not just parents.
