I am posting publicly because I am still waiting for a fair resolution regarding my payout, which was denied for “martingale”, but this decision is factually incorrect.

Here are the facts:

• Daily loss limit on my account: 5%
• Loss on the trade in question: ~1%
• First trade closed at 4130.77 at 17:58 on 23 October 2025
• Second trade opened at 4119.56 at 19:38 the same day
• Time gap: 1 hour 40 minutes
• Price difference: ~110 pips

These trades were separate, not stacked, not consecutive, and clearly not martingale. Risk was fully within limits.

Timeline of payouts and denials:

• Trades occurred 23 October
• Payout was approved on 28 November and funds received on 3 December
• Another payout was denied on 29 December, referencing the same 23 October trades

This is inconsistent — the account was reviewed and approved after these trades, yet those same trades were later used to deny another payout.

I replied to support with all facts, timestamps, prices, and screenshots, but there has been no agreement, no reconsideration, and no response.

I am still waiting for:
• The pending payout to be disbursed
• The account breach to be removed

@trueforexfunds Is better to pay your traders, than they can plan vacations, banning their accounts for STUPID REASONS and not replying to the emails is definitely unethical and unprofessional.

They still need a lot of improvement but at least they got back their website and they are doing some announcements.

@TraderBach No, as I know. I think this email was automated, so everyone can explain, those who got chargebacks will not get their funded account and they will buy some times till they comeback in full. Hope it's like this😄
