@airindiain My 90 year old grandparents are unable to webcheck in on the website. The only call centre response is come to the airport and check in 2hrs before which is an inconvenience for them. AirIndia continues to be as callous towards work as before.

It would have been far easier to take the wheelchair up the boarding ramp for them and faster also for you since we held up the queue slowly climbing up the ramp. Elderly assistance requires some patience, kindness, and consideration for their limitations, that’s all I ask.

@airvistara @CSMIA_Official your wheelchair experience disappointed. Despite pre-booking two wheelchairs for grandparents till airplane door, wheelchair wait was long. Wheelchair staff then did not provide wheelchair till door saying you can walk the ramp.
