Patiala, Punjab - A couple was attacked by a pitbull dog in Patiala while they were visiting a property with a real estate dealer. The husband and wife had gone to inspect a house for purchase. When they rang the doorbell, a pitbull inside the premises suddenly lunged at them. Local residents tried to intervene and rescue the couple, but by then the dog had already inflicted serious injuries. Both the husband and wife sustained multiple bite wounds on various parts of their bodies. They have been admitted to a private hospital in Patiala for treatment.

जस्टिस सूर्यकांत शर्मा ने कहा, देश में करोड़ो झूठे SC/ST के केश चल रहे हैं और इसके चलते काफ़ी सवर्ण परिवार बर्बाद हो चुका हैं

काफी ऐसे केस मिले हैं जिनमे लोगों ने 20 साल जेल में काटा हैं और बाद में निर्दोष साबित हुए हैं। लेकिन उनका परिवार बर्बाद हो गया

सब कुछ ख़त्म हो गया और शिकायतकर्ता पर कोई ठोस कार्यवाही नहीं हुई।

लेकिन अब झूठी गवाही देने वालों पर शिकायत FIR या हलफनामा दाखिल करने पर सजा का प्रावधान किए जाने वाली जनहित याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गंभीर सुनवाई कर सरकारों को नोटिस जारी किया हैं

अगर शिकायतकर्ता झूठी शिकायत करता हैं तों उसके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही का प्रावधान होगा।

अब उन्हें माफ नहीं बल्कि भारी भरकम दंड दिया जाएगा ताकि कोई झूठी शिकायत करने से पहले हजार बार सोचे।
